About Us

History and Description of the Organization

The Covenant Community Corporation is registered with the Pennsylvania Department of State's Corporation Bureau and with its Bureau of Charitable Organizations. It was recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a not-for-profit organization [(501(c)(3)] in 2008.

The Corporation's service area includes the City of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, bounded by the official corporate limits of the city. The Corporation may also extend its service area within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as may be determined by the board of directors.

The Corporation is located in the City of Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.

Previous to this, Ms. Cutler had a broad range of employment with arts and historical organizations and government agencies. During the course of his ministry, Rev. Dixon has served God’s people in many capacities on the local, district and conference level. In addition to serving his congregation, Pastor Dixon is a community and neighborhood leader and founding member of the Camp Curtin Community Neighbors United, a group of citizens working together to improve the living conditions of and service to the residents of the neighborhood. He opens his church for community meetings, participates in neighborhood clean ups, promotes community gardening and healthy lifestyles. To learn the trade, Josh worked for his family’s real estate business in the southern New Jersey Division, managing 16 people and doing $17 million in gross revenue annually.In 1999, Josh was the youngest high-diver in the U.S., and distinguished himself with performances at Six Flag Great Adventure in Jackson, N.J., doing acrobatics from 80 feet in the air into 14 feet of water.
