History and Description of the Organization

The Covenant Community Corporation is registered with the Pennsylvania Department of State's Corporation Bureau and with its Bureau of Charitable Organizations. It was recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a not-for-profit organization [(501(c)(3)] in 2008.

The Corporation's service area includes the City of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, bounded by the official corporate limits of the city. The Corporation may also extend its service area within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as may be determined by the board of directors.

The Corporation is located in the City of Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
